With the help of Dr. Richard Marfuggi and the NSLC teaching assistants, students in the Medicine & Health Care program spent their evening in labs learning how to suture cuts on pigskin as well as work on lab dissections of sheep hearts and cow eyes.
Engineering students spent their afternoon exploring the Houston Museum of Natural Science’s variety of STEM-oriented exhibits, including an impressive paleontology area and the Wiess Energy Hall.
